Loud talkers

Why do some people feel like they must scream when you are standing right next to them? Mind you there are no other noises they are fighting to be heard over. I think some people are just in love with themselves so much that they want to make sure all can hear... but why... is it really all that important? Just like this blog really isn't all that important... I don't scream... hahaha!
